Job Description

Position: Junior Administrative Assistant/ Welcome fresh graduates to apply

(1) Comprehensive operational support: Responsible for office leasing management, asset procurement, supplier renewal, and daily logistics.

Manage office lease, procurement, vendor renewals, and daily logistics support.

(2)Responsible for office area planning, office property leasing and renewal, office renovation engineering, office facilities and equipment maintenance and management, etc.

Responsible for office space planning, leasing and renewing office property leases, overseeing office renovation projects, and managing the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities and equipment.

Liaise with government bodies (LandsD, EPD, etc.), property management, and assist in site visits.

(4) Management authorization clause: Highly flexible, always support financial or HR basic document work, and complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by management.

Highly flexible to support Finance/HR documentation and handle all errands as assigned by management.

(5) Coordinate the deployment of vehicles and other administrative resources to ensure smooth public transportation

Coordinate the dispatch of administrative resources such as vehicles to ensure the smooth execution of official travel.

(6)Schedule meetings and coordinate internal/external communication; manage and organize files, records

1. Candidate identity/Status: Applicants must hold a valid Hong Kong work identity that complies with the law.

2. Language Requirements/ Language Requirements: Candidates must have good language communication skills, be able to fluently use Mandarin (Putonghua), Cantonese and English for daily office work and professional exchange.

3. Work location/Location: Finance, HR, and Admin roles are based in the island Central Business District (near MTR);

4. Probation & Notice: The first 3 months are the probation period. After the probation period, there is a 1-month notice period).

5. Remuneration & Benefits:
