Building Services Engineer to Assistant Building Services Manager

<p><strong>Civil / Building Projects</strong><br /><strong>Location: Kowloon/ New Territories Areas</strong><br /><strong>Requirements:</strong><br /> * Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering related discipline<br /> * At least 5 years of experience in BS/ MEP field in contractor, preferably with building project experience<br /> * Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage (MHKIE, MCIBSE, MICIOB etc.) but not essential (For Manager level)<br /> * Good commercial and contractual acumen<br /> * Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin<br /><strong>Welfare</strong><br /> * <strong>13 months salary + year end bonus/ performance bonus</strong><br /> * <strong>AL starting from 14 days+</strong><br /> * <strong>Medical full coverage + Competitive Employee Benefit</strong></p>
