Beauty Salon Front Desk Receptionist (Tsim Sha Tsui/Kwun Tong)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving customers, providing warm and thoughtful service, and ensuring that each customer has a good first impression.
2. Manage the appointment system, schedule customers' beauty and wellness appointments, and promptly handle any changes in the schedule.
3. Answer customer questions about beauty services or products, providing professional and clear information.
4. Assist in maintaining the front desk area's cleanliness and comfort, and maintaining the store image in line with brand standards.
5. Process telephone inquiries and orders, record customer feedback, and convey important information to relevant departments.

Requirements:

2. At least one year of relevant service industry work experience, familiar with front desk reception processes, is preferred.

4. Work seriously and responsibly, be patient and careful, and have good team spirit.
