Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the drawings comply with relevant building regulations and standards

• Close collaboration with customers, designers and engineering teams to solve design and construction problems

• Participate in site inspections, measurements, and construction progress as needed, record the actual site conditions and assist in handling design adjustments and technical issues

• Complete the drawing work of each project on time

Work requirements

• No experience required

• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. design software

• Familiarity with Chinese and English writing and communication

• Pay attention to details, have good communication and coordination skills
