Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Daily administrative affairs: file management, report sorting, departmental coordination

• Basic accounting operations: bookkeeping, payment registration, invoice verification, preliminary statement preparation

• Business support: Quotation, contract draft, customer data organization

• ISO File Maintenance and Internal Audit Cooperation

• Personnel administration: Salary data compilation, preparation of entry documents

Work requirements

• Business, accounting or related science diploma

• Able to handle the entire set of accounts independently

• And hold a LCC &I intermediate certificate

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience

• Familiar with Excel, Word, ERP, and AI document processing ability is better

• Careful, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and team collaboration skills

• Basic Chinese and English reading and writing skills
