Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing business-related data, providing insightful data support to assist in decision-making.
• Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to deeply mine and interpret user behavior, market trends, and operating performance.
• Design and maintain data reports and visualization dashboards, and regularly submit analysis reports to management and relevant departments.
• Collaborate with product, market, technology, etc. departments to provide data models and analysis solutions for specific projects.
• Continuously optimize data flow and analysis architecture to ensure data accuracy and processing efficiency.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or related fields.
• Have at least 2 years of data analysis-related work experience, familiar with data cleaning, modeling, and visualization processes.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (such as Python, R), able to independently complete data extraction and analysis tasks.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc., data analysis and visualization tools, with the ability to create professional reports.
• Have good logical thinking, communication skills and team spirit, and be able to clearly express complex data concepts.
