Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Execute cash register operations, familiar with POS system operations, accurately process cash and electronic payments (such as Octopus, Quick Pass, credit cards, etc.) transactions, and properly manage cash and receipts at the cash register.
Provide basic consultation and assistance to customers, answer product-related questions, guide them to make purchases, maintain a friendly and professional service attitude, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

Aged 16 or above
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be patient with different types of customers, and have a team spirit and basic stress resistance.
Can be adjusted to flexible shift arrangements, including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts; at least 12-24 hours of part-time work per week can be provided, with stable attendance as an important consideration.
