Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily communication with customers, coordinating engineering project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of various services.
- Follow up on customer technical needs and complaints, arrange internal technical team support and provide solutions.
- Organize and submit engineering service reports, meeting minutes and related documents to ensure accurate and complete information.
- Assist in arranging on-site investigation, installation and acceptance, and maintain close contact with the construction team and customer.
- Maintain customer database, regularly update project status, and enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work requirements
- College degree or above, engineering, mechanics and electricity, architecture or related professional is preferred.
- Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to have fluent conversations in Cantonese, and those who understand Mandarin are even better.
- Familiar with basic office software operations, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Responsibility and good time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and complete them on time.
- Applicants with customer service or engineering support experience are preferred, but fresh graduates can also be considered.
