Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for periodically visiting our company to provide maintenance services to various commercial and residential buildings, and performing daily preventive maintenance and functional testing of fire equipment.
- Operate and inspect automatic sprinkler systems, fire hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting and exit sign systems, etc. major fire protection facilities.
- On-site real-time identification of equipment abnormal conditions (such as pipe leakage, valve jamming, abnormal pressure, detector false alarm, power supply abnormality, etc.), and recording detailed detection data and image evidence.
- Propose technical analysis and treatment suggestions for the problems found, coordinate with the supervisor to arrange maintenance schedules, follow up on fault elimination progress, and ensure compliance with the Fire Equipment Regulations and the Housing Department's relevant compliance requirements.
Work requirements
- Holding a house equipment or relevant certificate, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
- Able to independently read fire system as-built drawings, equipment catalogues and manufacturer's operating manuals, with basic mechanical and electrical judgment ability, and able to use pressure gauges, multimeters and other common testing tools.
- Have good communication skills, clearly explain to superiors the causes and improvement solutions of problems, and submit standardized maintenance reports on time.
- Prioritization of occupational safety, strict compliance with safety rules for high-altitude work, confined spaces and electrical equipment operations, basic first aid knowledge and occupational safety and health awareness.
