Job Description

Part-time food exhibition and promotion officer

Job Responsibilities

At local large-scale food fairs, shopping mall flash exhibitions or brand theme activities, responsible for product introduction, tasting arrangements and customer reception work;
Actively interact with visitors, clearly explain food features, raw material sources, eating methods and brand concepts, enhance brand image and recognition;
Assist in booth decoration, material sorting, sample replenishment and on-site order maintenance to ensure smooth and orderly exhibition procedures;
Record on-site feedback and collect potential customer contact information (with their consent), and submit a brief work report after the event;
Support the supervisor and brand instructions, flexibly support temporary tasks such as photo promotion, short video shooting assistance, social group content material providing, etc.

Work requirements

Aged 18 or above, with a valid work permit in Hong Kong, no experience required, students, working professionals, and those seeking flexible working hours are welcome to apply;
Clear speech, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and able to respond to basic inquiries in simple English is preferred;
Personal hygiene is important, and I am willing to follow food safety guidelines (such as wearing a hairnet, gloves, and apron) to ensure that my appearance is clean and presentable.
Can be combined with weekends, public holidays and short-term intensive shifts (each activity usually 4-8 hours), sense of responsibility and team spirit.
