One. Job Responsibilities:
1. Teaching IELTS:
(1)Responsible for teaching reading, writing or a specific subject, tailor-made personalized teaching plans for students of different backgrounds (including associate degree students, bachelor’s degree students, and working professionals), and accurately match their target score requirements;
(3)Regularly evaluate students’ learning progress, track learning effectiveness through homework grading, mock tests, etc., provide personalized feedback and scoring advice;
(4) Participate in teaching and curriculum development, optimize teaching plans and slide resources, and continuously improve teaching quality and test pass rate.
2. Teaching Assistant work:
(1) Assist in organizing teaching materials, entering question banks, and maintaining the integrity and timeliness of teaching resource libraries;
(2)Responsible for student homework grading and error analysis, recording high-frequency error types, and providing data support for teaching improvement;
(5)Support family-school communication, feedback students’ learning status, provide learning advice, and maintain good family-school relationships.
II. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, Hong Kong academic background or overseas study experience is preferred, those with English major, education-related major are better;
2. IELTS overall score of 7.5 or above (with no less than 7.0 in any individual section), or holding equivalent English proficiency certificate (such as TOEFL 105+ or English Proficiency Test 8), with standard pronunciation, outstanding bilingual teaching ability;
3. Have 1 to 3 years of IELTS teaching experience, familiar with the Hong Kong IELTS examination system and scoring standards, those who have personalized teaching cases or improvement achievements are preferred;
4. Hold a valid Hong Kong work visa (such as IANG, Talent, and Talent, etc.);
5. Have good class management skills, communication and expression skills, and affinity, work actively and responsibly, and have a team spirit;
6. Willing to continue learning, accept teaching assistant related work arrangements, and be able to flexibly coordinate teaching and assistant work hours.
Three. Salary and benefits
1. Monthly salary of 15,000-30,000 Hong Kong dollars, adjusted based on qualifications and teaching results, business commission + performance bonus, and more work for more pay;
