Job Description

- What you’ll be doing?

  • Assist the area manager in providing high-quality property management services

  • Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners

  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants

  • Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints

  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Who are we looking for?

  • Diploma or above or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;

  • 2 year's work experience in property management Commercial Building

  • Possess PMP Licence is an advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Location: Kwun Tong (Commercial Building)
