Job Title: Scent Guide Fragrance Consultant
Your daily routine is as follows:
1. Receive customer inquiries and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales;
2. Familiar with the sales and service of Guanxia, and provide Guanxia's sales and service to customers;
3. Responsible for the inspection, replenishment, exchange, display, storehouse cleanliness and logistics operations of the goods in the store;
4. Understand customer needs, participate in maintaining customer relationships, improve repurchase rate, and assist in completing product after-sales inquiries;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

1. Strong customer service awareness, with affinity, good at team building, and communication, with good expression skills;
2. Have a high degree of sensitivity to maintaining brand image and personal image;
3. Excellent oral expression skills, good Cantonese, English, and Mandarin;
4. Candidates with fragrance retailing or service industry experience are preferred.
