Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Comprehensively understand the Hong Kong Immigration Department's latest immigration policies, various visas and residency plans (such as the Talent Immigration Program, the Specialist Immigration Program, the Input of Talented Persons from the Mainland Program, the High Talent Pass Program, etc.) application conditions and approval standards.
Provide one-on-one professional consultation services to customers, tailor Customize suitable immigration paths and application plans based on their educational background, work experience, asset situation and family needs.
Guide and assist customers in preparing, organizing and reviewing a full set of application documents, including academic qualifications, work experience certificates, criminal record checks, financial statements, etc., to ensure that the content is true, the format is standardized, and it meets the official requirements.
Follow up the application progress throughout the process, actively communicate and coordinate with the Hong Kong Immigration Department, timely handle notices of additional documents, interview arrangements and approval result updates, and ensure the application process is efficient and stable.
Regularly follow up with successfully approved customers, provide on-the-ground support suggestions (such as opening an account, leasing, children's education, etc.), and continuously optimize service quality through satisfaction feedback.

Work requirements

Have three years of practical experience in Hong Kong immigration consulting or related fields (such as cross-border law, international education, and overseas human resources deployment), familiar with Hong Kong's entry regulations and administrative procedures.
Preference will be given to those with Hong Kong-recognized professional qualifications (such as licensed immigration consultants, lawyers, registered accountants or human resources management professional certification); those with fluent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
Have excellent analytical and judgment skills, as well as meticulous and rigorous document review abilities, to accurately identify customer qualification gaps and propose feasible solutions.
Have the ability to independently develop customers and maintain long-term relationships, familiar with digital marketing tools and customer relationship management systems (CRM), and able to effectively track potential customers and conversion rates.
Have market insight and strategic thinking, be able to regularly analyze Hong Kong immigration policy changes, application data and competitive dynamics, and help the team adjust business direction and service focus.
