Java Developer

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Responsible for system upgrades and maintenance, assist in analyzing and solving production failures.</p><p>2.Responsible for system performance optimization and improve system stability.</p><p>3.Participate in project design and development.</p><p>4.Assist in providing training to juniors.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.</p><p>2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Java development in the fintech industry.</p><p>3.Solid foundation in Java and with good programming logic.</p><p>4.Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, etc.</p><p>5.Familiar with the development and tuning of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.</p><p>5.Familiar with open source technologies such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Netty, Dubbo and Redis.</p><p>7.Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration and tuning of service containers such as Tomcat and Nginx.</p><p>8.Strong sense of responsibility, good at logical and systematical thinking.</p><p>9.Experience in large-scale financial transaction system development is highly preferred.</p><p>10.Energetic, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.</p><p>11.Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and Mandarin.</p>
