Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner, and maintain a high and stable service process.
- Conduct business data analysis, develop and push forward performance growth strategies, continuously track execution effectiveness, and lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, actively handle customer feedback, enhance dining experience and satisfaction, and strengthen brand image.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and team building of store personnel, developing talent pipelines, and promoting employee growth and retention.
- Reasonably schedule employee shifts according to operational needs, flexibly allocate manpower, and ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
- Supervise the store's inventory count, strictly control food costs and inventory, and ensure that product quality, service level, and environmental cleanliness meet company standards.
Work requirements
- Have 5 years or more of restaurant industry management experience, familiar with the entire process of restaurant operations, and those with Hong Kong regional restaurant management experience are preferred.
- Have strong result-oriented thinking, good at motivating teams and leading subordinates, and have talent development and organizational development capabilities.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with good communication and expression skills.
- Working location is determined by the company based on project arrangements.
