Head Baker (Bread Factory Supervisor)

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for incoming goods quality inspection, formulate and control product cost budget

• Train, demonstrate and guide the bread baking supervisors in each region to follow the production process, and supervise and ensure product quality stability

• Regularly survey market demand and customer taste preferences, and make product improvements

• Regularly inspecting branches, checking production levels, and providing improvement suggestions

• Continuously improve existing products to ensure that the output quality meets the company's standards

Entry Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in bread baking industry product making and branch management

• Second 5 or above, with basic reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, and good communication skills

• Preference will be given to those with food safety and occupational safety and health related certificates
