Finance Manager

About Us:Asa market leader in Marketing Automation in Hong Kong with an expansion to SE Asia markets, we're seeking a talentedFinance Managerto join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance operations, including managing the month-end closing process, budgeting, and preparing accurate and timely financial reports. Prepare analysis reports and facilitate the year-end audit.
• Collaborate with advisors in finance aspects and co-ordinate with department heads for internal reporting and cost studies.
• Co-ordinate audit, tax, legal, regulatory and compliance matters and liaise with external auditors.
• Manage AP and AR.
• Manage cash flow and explore opportunities for both internal and external investments.
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree or higher in Accounting or Finance and possess professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in audit and tax.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, especially in Excel.
• Possess a strong understanding of Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations, as well as international (China/Malaysia/Australia/Singapore) tax rules, coupled with business acumen.
• Fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua will be an advantage.
