Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily exterior vehicle cleaning, including general washing (basic water washing, foam scrubbing, and drying), and detailed washing (including deep cleaning of wheel arches, oil film removal from glass, and paint surface pre-treatment).
According to the store's schedule, complete the cleaning task of the vehicle ordered on the same day within the specified time period, and maintain the cleanliness of the car wash area and the return of equipment, implementing the 5S on-site management requirements.
Active check for vehicle exterior abnormalities (such as obvious scratches, damage, unsecured car windows or sunroofs), record and report to the supervisor in real time to avoid service disputes.

Work requirements

Have basic physical and endurance, able to adapt to outdoor or semi-open space work, long periods of standing, bending and repetitive movements.
Pay attention to details and sense of responsibility, understand that "cleaning quality is service quality", do not be complacent or skip steps, and be willing to learn standardized operating procedures.
Have good communication skills and service awareness, be able to collaborate with colleagues and interact with customers, and be able to actively reflect on sudden situations (such as sudden changes in weather, abnormal equipment)
Follow safety regulations, use cleaning agents and electric equipment correctly, have no record of alcoholism, drug abuse, etc., and provide valid identity documents.
