Job Description
Patrol the building, visitor registration, and handling complaints
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for night-time building patrols, following a designated route and frequency to inspect public areas (including lobbies, elevators, parking lots, rooftops, and corridors on each floor), ensuring facility operations are normal and free of safety hazards.
Strictly enforce visitor registration, verify identity documents, contact residents to confirm visitor qualifications, and record the time, reason and contact information for entry and exit to ensure resident privacy and building safety.
Receive and handle resident complaints and emergencies (such as noise, leaks, equipment failure, suspicious characters, etc.) in real time, and report to the management office or relevant departments for follow-up if necessary, and keep a record of the event.
Daily check of monitoring center equipment (such as closed-circuit television footage, fire alarm control panel, access control system status), and immediate reporting and preliminary response measures if any abnormalities are found.
Assist in maintaining night-time order, advise and record illegal behavior (such as illegal posting, occupying fire lanes, unauthorized construction, etc.), and report and handle according to management rules.
Requirements:
Aged 18 or above, healthy and sound, with no criminal record, having basic Mandarin and Cantonese communication skills, and able to write simple Chinese records.
Applicants with basic security knowledge or who have completed relevant training are preferred; holding a valid "Security Officer Permit" is a necessary condition.
Obey management arrangements, follow rules and regulations, have good service awareness and emergency response ability, and be able to calmly respond and accurately report in emergency situations.
Familiar with basic fire equipment usage, understand emergency evacuation procedures, and willing to cooperate with regular drills and on-the-job training.
