Accounts Clerk

Diploma or above (Fresh graduates will be considered)

Over 2 year relevant working experience preferred

Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

Proficiency in PC skills such as MS office, Chinese word processing

To provide clerical and administrative support

To handle daily operations on invoice drafting and issuing, accounting entry of receivable, filing, photocopying and scanning of documents

To liaise with internal and external parties for information collection

Detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good working attitude and ability to prioritize work

Patient, good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Willing to work overtime and under pressure

Immediate availability is highly preferred
