[Specific Responsibilities]

· Actively explore and develop new industrial and commercial properties in the market (including office buildings, factories, and shops).

· Collect and update property information through various channels (network, industry connections, direct contact with owners, etc.).

· Establish, organize and maintain the company's internal latest and most accurate source database.

· Work closely with front-line sales teams to ensure smooth flow of property information.

· Analyze market data to help uncover market trends and potential opportunities.
