Clinic Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for dispensing, compounding and handling drugs, ensuring accurate drug management.
• Assist in the diagnosis process, including preparing diagnosis supplies, cooperating with doctors in clinical work, and maintaining a clean diagnosis environment.
• Handle patient appointment scheduling, incoming calls for inquiries and reception services, and provide professional and polite customer support.
• Execute daily administrative and office work, including file management, data input, and document archiving.

Entry Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree in psychology

l Maturity, good interpersonal relationships, politeness, patience, and sense of responsibility

l Good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English (Cantonese and Mandarin)

l Have basic computer operation knowledge and be familiar with Chinese input method

l Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately

Note: Medical benefits, 45 hours per week (4 days a week, Saturday full day), Sunday and public holidays off. Work location may change depending on need.
