As a core reserve of management trainees, we will work towards the goal of "building on current business accumulations and preparing for global market expansion". This will include:
Build an efficient internal and external collaboration bridge, accurately synchronize customer needs to product, technology, etc. Teams, participate in product optimization discussions, push for iterative improvement of solution, and form a "requirement - landing - feedback" closed loop;
Responsible for tracking and analyzing customer data, regularly outputting visualized data reports and PPT summaries, and providing data support for business adjustments and customer service optimization;
Actively participate in the company's global business cultivation plan, and those who perform well will have the opportunity to participate in overseas market expansion projects, responsible for regional sales team management and market development work.

Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with excellent oral and written communication skills, able to collaborate seamlessly with clients and teams from different cultural backgrounds;
Smart, honest, and hard-working, and eager to actively learn New knowledge and share practical experiences, with strong empathy and excellent listening skills for customer needs;
