Strategy and business management</p><p> Develop and implement securities business strategies (covering brokerage, asset management, corporate financing, etc. lines), ensure consistency with group objectives </p><p>2. Compliance and risk control</p><p> Ensure that the company's operations comply with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Securities and Futures Ordinance and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements</p><p> Establish an internal control system in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX)</p><p> Respond to SFC regular checks and sudden compliance reviews </p><p>3. Improve operating efficiency</p><p> Optimize mid-and-back-end processes (such as transaction settlement, customer asset custody, etc.), reduce operating risks </p><p> Manage the operating costs and efficiency of brokerages' branches (such as the Central District branch)</p><p>4.
