Have 1 to 3 years of retail industry experience, with luxury goods/high-end clothing sales experience preferred;</p><p>4. Familiar with the store operation process, with customer service awareness and team spirit;</p><p>5. Passionate about the fashion industry, with insights into luxury culture, and able to adapt to shift work;</p><p>6. Strong stress resistance, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.</p><p>Salary and benefits: </p><p>Salary structure: base salary + commission + store bonuses, with an average monthly salary of 20-30K Hong Kong dollars (depending on the store situation);</p><p>Benefits: MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund), paid annual leave, annual salary adjustment, brand internal discounts (depending on the store situation);</p><p>‌Promotion path: Apprentice buyer → Buyer → Senior Buyer → Store Supervisor → Store Manager‌.</p>
