[Job Highlight (Key Highlights)]
Absolutely no Cold Call: All sales leads (Leads) are provided by the marketing team (Marketing Team) through digital marketing and exhibition activities, and you only need to focus on follow-up and conversion.
Frontier AI technology: Promote the most topical AI intelligent office products (such as AI word processing systems, intelligent meeting solutions, etc.), with strong product competitiveness and large market demand.
Generous returns: High base salary + Uncapped Commission + Year-end bonuses.
Follow up on warm leads (Warm Leads Management): Responsible for following up on the potential customer list (Inbound Leads) provided by the company, understanding customer needs and arranging product demonstrations (Demo).
Consultative Selling: In-depth analysis of the customer's existing office operations process, providing tailor-made AI solutions to help customers solve pain points.
Client Relationship Management (CRM): As the main liaison window for customers, maintain good cooperative relations, ensure customer satisfaction, and explore opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling.
Business negotiation: Responsible for quoting, contract terms negotiation and order processing, ensuring monthly sales targets (Sales Target) are met.
Cross-departmental cooperation: Work closely with the technical team and customer service team to ensure successful delivery and implementation of the solution.
[Entry Requirements]
Experience: Candidates with 1 to 2 years or more of B2B sales, customer service or business development experience are preferred.
Attitude: Active and proactive (Self-driven), sense of responsibility, good team spirit.
Skills: Good communication and negotiation skills, able to handle business documents independently.
Language: Fluent Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin communication skills.
Technology Touch: Interested in technology products, willing to learn new systems and AI tools applications.
