Regularly output operation data analysis report, provide optimization suggestions for door-to-door delivery business.</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>Job Requirements</p><p></p><p>1.F.7 or Tertiary level educational qualification preferably;</p><p>2.3 years or more of experience in labor and human resource management in takeaway platforms, instant delivery, logistics, express delivery, etc. is preferred.</p><p>3.Flexible thinking, proficient in activity planning and resource integration, and equipped with cross-departmental communication and execution capabilities.</p><p>4.Excellent cross-team collaboration and complex project management capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, and good data analysis skills.</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, those with 3 years or above of labor and human resources management experience in food delivery platforms, on-demand delivery, logistics, and express delivery are preferred;</p><p>2. Flexible thinking, good at event planning and resource integration, with cross-departmental communication and execution ability;</p><p>3. Excellent cross-team collaboration and complex project management skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good data analysis ability.</p>
