Duties include:
1. Recruitment of candidates with Hong Kong work visa
· Independently responsible for the full recruitment process of Hong Kong positions: from clarifying needs with business departments (which may be mainland or Hong Kong management) to posting positions, proactive search and interview arrangements, salary negotiations and offer issuance.
· In-depth understanding of the talent market dynamics, salary levels, and talent flow trends in Hong Kong's different industries (such as finance, technology, retail, professional services).
· Ensure all recruitment processes comply with Hong Kong local labor laws and employment practices.
2. Hong Kong local recruitment channel development and management
· Proficient and efficient use of mainstream recruitment channels in Hong Kong: Like LinkedIn, JobsDB, CTgoodjobs, Indeed, Classified Post.
· Establish a Hong Kong local talent network: Through industry activities, associations, alumni associations and personal recommendations, establish a direct talent channel.
· Management and optimization of recruitment suppliers: Establish and maintain cooperative relations with local headhunting companies and recruitment agencies in Hong Kong.
· Effective use of social media for recruitment: Use Facebook, Instagram, etc. to promote your employer brand and job opportunities.
3. Internal personnel management:
o Process employee onboarding, resignation, probation, position change, contract signing and renewal, etc.
o Maintain employee records and information management systems.
o Assist with basic employee relationship communication, cultural event organization.
o Answer employees’ basic inquiries about company rules, attendance, benefits, etc.
Requirements:
· Hard requirements:
o Mandarin(Written and oral).
o Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance, labor contracts, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) and other basic employment practices.
o Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other local Hong Kong recruitment tools.
