Fast food chain restaurant manager ($23-26K, Sanitation Supervisor Certificate)

Main responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for daily restaurant operations, including front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) coordination and supervision

• Develop and implement daily/monthly operational plans to ensure service quality, food safety and hygiene standards meet legal and group requirements

• Lead and train front-line teams (servers, supervisors, cashiers, etc.), enhance employees’ service awareness and sales skills

• Monitor food costs, labor costs, inventory management, optimize profits and control waste

• Handling customer complaints and special requests, providing high-quality and personalized service experiences

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery

• Aggressively promote sales, including package promotions, holiday activities, group banquets, and takeout/delivery business

• Regularly analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational performance, report to senior management and propose improvement suggestions

• Ensure the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and meets fire and license requirements

Entry Requirements:

• Hotel/Restaurant Management or Relevant College Degree

• At least 4-6 years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/Chinese high-end cuisine/western cuisine experience is preferred)

• Familiar with Hong Kong food environmental hygiene regulations, liquor license and employment laws

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, good English, and understand Mandarin is preferred

• Strong leadership, stress resistance, digital sensitivity, and problem-solving abilities

• Love the food industry, pay attention to details and customer experience

• Shift work (including weekends, public holidays, and late shifts)
