1. Responsible for the channel construction and customer development of SaaS property management software (including property management, rental system, etc.) for long-term rental apartments in the target market;
2. Expand the local market and attract local customers through channels such as LinkedIn and overseas real estate exhibitions;
3. Conduct independent research on target customer information and construct accurate customer profiles (ICP) based on dimensions such as keywords, positions, and industries;
4. Conduct independent sales meetings to promote the conversion and completion of business opportunities;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in the real estate leasing industry and at least 1 year of experience in B2B software sales;
2. Fluent in local language and English
3. Familiar with and proficient in customer contact through overseas social media platforms, owning overseas real estate and other assets;
4. Good at communication, strong execution ability, excellent stress resistance, willing to accept challenges and have a goal oriented mindset;
