During June 6-7 (Saturday and Sunday), I will serve as an exhibition salesperson at the Wan Chai Exhibition Center, responsible for product introduction, customer reception, and on-site sales work.
Proactively communicate with visitors to understand their needs and recommend suitable exhibits or services to enhance on-site conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Assist in booth decoration, material sorting and sales data recording to ensure smooth and orderly operations during the exhibition.
Handle on-site inquiries, simple troubleshooting and basic post-purchase coordination, maintaining a professional and friendly service image.
Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets, and participate in a brief work report and experience sharing after the event is over.
Work requirements
Have practical sales work experience, familiar with face-to-face sales process and customer psychology, and able to independently deal with different types of customers.
Fluent in Cantonese, can be naturally applied to daily communication and sales rhetoric; basic English listening and speaking skills, able to handle simple international visitor inquiries.
Love pets, those who have some knowledge of pet supplies, services and related industries are preferred.
Appearance is clean and positive, with good communication skills and stress resistance, and able to adapt to the crowded and fast-paced work environment of the exhibition site.
Must be able to attend the entire event on the specified date (June 6-7), with daily working hours from 12 noon to 8 pm, reporting on time and following the on-site management arrangements.
