Part-time accounting clerk

Job Title: Part-time Accounting Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily organization, input and verification of accounting vouchers to ensure accurate and timely accounting processing;

• Assist in the preparation of monthly trial balance sheets and basic financial statements (such as income and expenditure details, accounts receivable and payable aging analysis, etc.);

• Handle bank reconciliation, check issuance, and receipt confirmation of funds;

• Support annual audit work, prepare the necessary documents and data, and cooperate with the accounting firm's inquiries;

• Assist in invoice issuance, expense reimbursement review, and accounting file archiving and management, etc. Administrative support work.

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or above, with basic accounting knowledge and those who have completed accounting-related courses are preferred;

• Having 1 to 3 years of local accounting or financial support work experience, familiar with the general commercial accounting process in Hong Kong;

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin reading and writing abilities, and able to handle simple English invoices and emails;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and table sorting), familiar with accounting software (MYOB) is preferred;

• Valid Hong Kong permanent resident identity card, no need for company to handle work visa.

Benefits:

• Hourly wage range is HKD 60 to 80, calculated based on actual working hours, and monthly salary is paid through bank transfer before the end of the month;
