Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for professional security work in a high-end residential and shopping mall in the Zooten District, ensuring community safety and order.
2. Provide efficient and friendly service at the lobby service counter, gate, etc., and maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the relevant area.
3. Regularly carry out patrol tasks, check the operation of facilities, and promptly discover and report potential problems or abnormal situations.
4. Assist in handling residents’ daily needs and emergencies, provide necessary support and solutions.
5. Ensure that all incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles comply with the management regulations, record relevant information for future reference.
Requirements:
1. Priority will be given to those with relevant security or property management experience, familiar with the operation of high-end residential areas is even better.
2. Work seriously and responsibly, have good communication skills and adaptability, and be able to handle sudden situations properly.
3. Maintain a professional image, be polite and attentive to others, and pay attention to details and service quality.
