Food Safety & Hygiene Officer

Responsibilities:

• Investigate, analyze, and follow up complaints related to food safety & hygiene and suggest plans to avoid recurrence.

• Conduct food safety and hygiene audit at outlets if needed, generate simple reports in timely manner.

• Review and update guidelines by observations and experiments to meet our company's standard.

• Sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

• Assist to plan and implement effective pest control services with subcontractor and conduct regular inspections.

• Provide training programs to staff about food safety and hygiene.

• Communicate and work closely between factory and outlet to maintain the food safety and hygiene standard.

• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the F&B industry.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Food safety awareness.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
