A. Job Responsibilities
1. Human resources basic work support
Assist with the handling of employee onboarding, probation, resignation, etc. full process procedures, sort out employees’ personnel files, complete employee information input, update and archiving, and maintain the integrity and accuracy of the personnel information ledger.
Assist in conducting employee attendance statistics, holiday approval work, verify attendance data, follow up on abnormal attendance situations and feedback, and cooperate to complete monthly attendance report compilation.
Assist in organizing internal company training, team building and other employee activities, responsible for pre-event preparation, on-site execution and post-event data collection and archiving.
2. Administrative and general affairs processing
Responsible for the receipt, registration and circulation of various company documents, notices and letters, and assisting in the completion of file document layout, printing, binding and archiving management.
3. Document and data management
Assist in the compilation of administrative and personnel-related statistical reports, such as employee attendance statistics, office supplies consumption report, and activity expenses summary table, etc., complete data statistics, summary and reporting.
Responsible for the organization, verification and distribution of departmental meeting minutes, follow up on the progress of implementing meeting resolutions, and keep good execution records.
4. Other comprehensive support work
Assist the department in completing recruitment assistance work, including resume screening, interview invitation, interview site reception, etc., and keep good records of the recruitment process.
Assist in completing the company's employee benefits-related landing work, including welfare information notification, data collection, distribution and follow-up, etc.
Complete other administrative and human resources-related operational support tasks assigned by department supervisors.
II. Employment Requirements
1. Education and professional qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources management, administrative management, business administration, Chinese language and literature, etc. are preferred.
Applicants with a basic understanding of financial industry administrative and personnel work are preferred.
2. Skills required
Proficient in Microsoft Office office software, familiar with Word document formatting, Excel data sorting (basic function application), PPT simple production, and have good document processing skills.
Have good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, fluent in Cantonese is preferred (suitable for Hong Kong workplace communication scene).
Applicants with administrative and personnel-related internship experience, or familiar with office automation system operation experience, are preferred.
3. Quality requirements
Strictly abide by the company's confidentiality regulations, have good professional ethics and sense of responsibility, and abide by the confidentiality principles of personnel work.
Work carefully and meticulously, patient and detailed, able to quickly identify omissions or errors in data information, and have strong data sorting and archiving abilities.
4. Document requirements
Preference will be given to those with a Hong Kong identity card / student visa.
