Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for real estate sales and leasing business, providing professional property consultation and services to customers.
2. Develop and maintain customer resources, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Familiar with market dynamics, grasp the latest real estate information, and ensure that accurate and timely information is provided to customers.
4. Assist in handling various affairs in the transaction process, including but not limited to contract signing, preparation of legal documents, etc.
5. Participate in professional training provided by the company, and continuously improve personal business skills and professional knowledge.

Requirements:
1. Passionate about the real estate industry, with good communication skills and service awareness.
2. Non-licensed individuals are accepted, the company provides free licensing training and professional guidance to help quickly obtain a license.
3. Have basic computer operations skills, and be able to use office software fluently for daily business processing.
4. Work attitude is proactive, with good team spirit and execution ability.
5. Accept flexible work time arrangements, you can choose according to your own situation, shift (11:00-20:00) or night shift (12:00-21:00).
