Management Trainee (Financial Business Direction)

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in company management training program, learn team management and business operation skills

•⁠ ⁠Develop Hong Kong and Chinese financial market business, expand wealth management service scope

• Provide professional stock, fund, insurance and asset management financial product advice and configuration schemes to customers

•⁠ ⁠On the company-provided fixed customer base, conduct customer visits, needs analysis and follow-up services

•⁠ ⁠Co-sponsor financial market lectures, investment seminars and various marketing activities to enhance brand influence and customer participation

• Assist in formulating market expansion strategies and business development plans

• Learn customer relationship management and leadership skills

Position requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above

•⁠ ⁠Interested in financial markets, business management or wealth management industry

•⁠ Have good leadership potential and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Positive attitude and willingness to accept challenges
