IT OFFICER - APPLICATION SUPPORT

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for business applications and systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents

• Manage software license inventory, patch deployment, and conduct zero-day vulnerability assessments to provide proactive action plan to maintain system security and compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support project delivery and daily operational needs

• Implement and oversee IT security measures, including administering Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions

• Assist in planning and executing backup, disaster recovery, and general IT maintenance tasks

• Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, system administration, or a similar IT role

• Hands-on experience using administration portals of Microsoft cloud and on-premises services (Azure, M365, Zoom, etc.) and software license management

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles, incident response, and backup/disaster recovery solutions

• A proactive team player with strong communication skills, adaptability to new technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning, including AI concepts

• Experience with Power Platform or relevant professional certifications (Azure, CCNA, ITIL, MCSE, M365, PMP, etc.) is an advantage
