Trade Finance Manager

<p>We are seeking a strategically-minded Trade Finance Director/Department Head to oversee the company's global trade finance strategy. This position is based in Hong Kong and responsible for building and managing long-term bank relationships, securing large credit lines, and establishing funding channels worldwide to support and expand our manganese ore and metal trading business.</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities</p><p>• Develop and implement a global trade financing strategy to drive company trade growth.</p><p>• Lead negotiations with banks to secure large-scale financing tools and credit lines.</p><p>• Establish and maintain high-level relationships with international, regional and local banks.</p><p>• Manage the allocation of credit lines, renewal of financing tools, and strategic design of financing structures. </p><p>• Evaluate and control financing risks to ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and international trade regulations.</p><p>• Represent the company in high-level trade financing forums and industry activities. </p><p>• Provide strategic advice to the board on capital structure and financing opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, banking or related fields.</p><p>• More than 12 years of trade finance experience, those with background in commodities/ metals industry are preferred.</p><p>• Have experience in successfully applying for and managing tens of millions of dollars in credit lines.</p><p>• Have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Guangdong dialect preferred).</p>
