Job Responsibilities
Comprehensively coordinate the daily operation of the medical center, ensure the quality of services, process efficiency and financial performance achieve the set targets, and drive sustainable growth.
Lead and guide front-line teams, provide systemized training and continuous coaching, and enhance customer service level, cross-departmental collaboration ability and overall operating efficiency.
Responsible for human resources planning, including staffing, demand forecasting, shift scheduling and budget control, closely aligned with the medical center's development strategy and business expansion rhythm.
Lead operational improvement projects, analyze service process pain points and customer feedback, optimize service flow, complaint handling mechanism and customer satisfaction indicators.
Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to support compliance operations, quality control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance with local medical service regulatory requirements and institutional internal standards.
Work requirements
Educational qualifications are not limited, those with a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, public health or related fields are given priority; no educational qualifications are required, only practical experience and management potential are valued.
At least 3 years of operational management experience, those with medical, clinic, medical testing center, health management center or related service industry experience are especially welcome; those with rapid learning ability and high sense of responsibility are welcome to apply as new and sharp managers.
Have excellent detail management skills, problem-solving thinking and data-driven decision-making habits, be able to use Microsoft Excel proficiently for business analysis and report creation, and clearly present strategy recommendations and stage results using PowerPoint.
Must hold a permanent Hong Kong resident identity, or have been approved for the "High-end Talent Pass Program", the "Outstanding Talent Entry Program", the "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)", the "Dependent Visa" or other legal work permit in Hong Kong.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and you need to have flexible and adaptable skills to meet the occasional coordination needs in the medical service environment.
