Senior Risk Business Specialist

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the financial risks of companies or customers, proposing risk mitigation advice and strategies.

• Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure that customers' risks remain within acceptable limits.

• Coordinate cross-functional management activities to ensure consistency in team risk governance.

• Conduct risk awareness training to enhance employees’ understanding and importance of risk management.

Employment qualifications

• University degree, risk management, finance, business or related professional preferred.

• 5 years of risk management or related field work experience, those with high-level management experience are preferred.

• Have good analysis and problem-solving skills, and be able to deeply understand complex risk situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively cooperate with employees of all levels.

• Familiar with risk management tools and methods, those who hold relevant professional qualifications (such as IIQE, FRM, CFA, etc.) are preferred.
