Job Description
<p>A Web3 product manager with a deep understanding of blockchain, decentralized protocols, and cryptocurrency economics, responsible for full-chain management from requirement exploration to product landing. You will lead the strategic planning, feature design, and iterative optimization of on-chain products, ensuring that the product achieves the best balance between security, compliance, user experience, and economic model.<br>Core responsibilities<br>1. Market and user insights<br>•Deep research on Web3 track trends, competitive product dynamics, on-chain data (on-chainanalytics) and community feedback.<br>•Create user personas and journey maps, and uncover real user pain points and growth opportunities on the chain.<br>2. Product strategy and roadmap<br><br>•Align with core stakeholders (core development, on-chain governance committee, investors, community) on priority.<br>3. Requirements definition and design delivery<br>• Output clear PRD, user stories, interaction flowcharts and on-chain transaction process design.<br>•Proficient in using Figma/Whimsical tools to deliver high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring wallet interactions, Gas optimization, and smooth signature experiences.<br><br>•Work closely with smart contract engineers, backend, wallet integration, frontend, and security audit teams.<br>•Set milestones, track on-chain testing network/mainnet launch progress, manage version iterations and emergency rollbacks.<br>5. Data-driven iteration<br>• Build on-chain/off-chain KPI systems (TVL, active wallets, transaction depth, Gas consumption, user retention, etc.).<br>•Based on DuneAnalytics, Nansen, Flipside, etc. tools for A/B testing and function optimization.<br>6. Community and ecological operation synergy<br>• Participate in Discord/Telegram/DAO governance discussions, collect Alpha/Bravo test feedback.<br>• Collaborate with the market team to develop airdrops, incentive plans, and growth hacking solutions.<br>Job Requirements<br>•1 year of internet/blockchain product experience. <br>•Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to participate smoothly in global DAO governance and English communities.<br>•Strong stress resistance, able to make quick decisions in a high-volatility market and a 7x24 community rhythm.<br><br><br><br><br>Working style<br>•Remote first/optional Hong Kong/Shenzhen office<br></p>
