AI Algorithm Engineer

1. Responsible for machine learning, deep learning core algorithm research, design, implementation and iterative optimization, track the international frontier of AI algorithm theory .

2. Design and implement efficient artificial intelligence algorithms for various application scenarios, continuously optimize and improve existing algorithms to enhance performance and accuracy.

3. Train and validate machine learning models on large datasets, using deep learning techniques to solve complex problems, and ensure model reliability and scalability.

4. Participate in large model training and alignment related work, including but not limited to data iteration, model training, model evaluation, etc.

5. Work closely with data scientists, developers and other team members to ensure successful integration of AI solutions.

6. Combine actual business scenarios to provide comprehensive technical solutions, participate in prompt engineering, reasoning optimization, and data flywheel construction.

Job Requirements

Essential conditions

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.

• Proficient in Python programming language, familiar with PyTorch or TensorFlow, etc. deep learning frameworks.

• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, familiar with common machine learning algorithms and practical experience.

• Have solid algorithmic foundations, and deeply understand the Transformer and BERT/GPT models and their principles.

• Good communication skills and team spirit, able to solve problems independently, and have strong learning and adaptation abilities.

Prioritization

• Have experience in using open-source large models for fine-tuning or research.

• Publish high-quality papers in international top conferences or journals in related fields, or achieve excellent results in well-known competitions.

• Familiar with large model-related technologies such as SFT, PEFT, reinforcement learning, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agent, etc. .

• Master multimodal technologies, including ASR, TTS, visual content generation, etc. .

• Have experience in model optimization, model compression, quantization, and inference acceleration.
