Duties:
1, Responsible for providing IT general equipment services to support the information technology of the venue, and handling IT general social security hardware failure problems;
2 Responsible for the unpacking, installation, disassembly, boxing, and post-game recovery of IT general equipment;
3 Responsible for reporting to the venue IT support supervisor.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor's degree or above, Computer Science and Technology, Information Technology or related fields are preferred;
2 Will be fluent in Cantonese;
3 Require 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of customer site service experience;
4 Have team management experience, able to lead the IT equipment team to efficiently complete daily work;
5 Have basic IT hardware device configuration, maintenance and fault diagnosis; network knowledge elimination and related fault elimination ability;
6 Able to quickly respond to user needs and provide high-quality services;
7 Have excellent communication skills;
8 Can work in high-pressure environment;
9 Have good problem-solving skills;
10 Have team collaboration skills.
