Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by understanding their business needs and aligning IT solutions accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams such as sales, technical support, and project management to deliver timely and effective service
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services by analyzing client requirements and presenting tailored solutions
  • Monitor account performance, track service delivery metrics, and prepare regular reports on client engagement, revenue growth, and contract renewals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development efforts, including participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparations


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional experience in IT services or solution sales is highly preferred
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a client-facing role within the technology sector, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, or software solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and client documentation
