Job Title: Early/night parking lot security guard

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of the closed-circuit television system, immediately detect abnormal situations and report and handle them according to the procedure;

• Assist in handling citizen inquiries, complaints and sudden events (such as vehicle collisions, item losses, and suspicious character checks), maintaining a professional and polite attitude;

• Regularly inspect fire equipment, emergency exits, lighting and parking facilities for their operational status, and record them in the patrol log;

• Cooperate with the management office and other cooperative units (such as the police and property management company) to carry out temporary security tasks or exercise arrangements.

Requirements:

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the basic qualifications for security personnel as required by Hong Kong law;

• Have good communication skills, be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese in daily life, and at the same time have basic English and Mandarin listening and speaking abilities to meet the diverse user needs;

• Regardless of academic qualifications and relevant work experience, only those with a sense of responsibility, high alertness, good health, and the ability to adapt to outdoor and different weather conditions while on duty;

• Can rotate early shifts (e.g., 7 am to 3 pm) or overnight shifts (e.g., 11 pm to 7 am)

• Must be able to follow the company's security rules and professional ethics, have no serious criminal record, pass background checks and basic physical fitness evaluation.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary range is HKD$11,000 to $12,000, depending on personal performance and qualifications, and is paid on time every month
