New media content specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Visual content creation and production

• Professional-grade visual shooting of brand bicycles (scene photos, detail photos).

• Plan and direct various short film creations, such as: product unboxing, function analysis, usage tips, user stories, store daily operations, etc.

• Independently complete film post-production, including editing, dubbing, subtitles, and special effects processing.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality images and video content for Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms.

2. Content planning and publication

• Brainstorm with department managers to plan monthly content themes and communication strategies.

• Write captivating social media copy to create your brand's unique tone and style.

3. Platform operation and interaction

• Monitor data from various platforms (likes, comments, shares, and collections) to discover content optimization opportunities.

• Assist in planning and executing online interactive activities, such as: giveaways, graphic design contests, topic challenges, etc., to enhance fan participation.

We expect you:

• College degree or above, with relevant content creation experience is even better.

• Proficient in operating a single lens reflex/digital single lens reflex camera and lighting equipment, with a requirement for image quality.

• Proficient in film editing software (such as: Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or Quik Pro).

• Have excellent aesthetic and composition skills, and a unique understanding of visual storytelling.

• Have a basic understanding of Google Merchant operations (including ad placement and SEO).

• Extremely sensitive to social media trends (especially short videos), able to quickly grasp topics and forms.

• Positive and responsible, strong learning ability, able to adapt to the fast-paced and vibrant work environment.

• I am a cycling enthusiast and have basic knowledge of cycling culture and products.
