IT Specialist

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>Maintain the school information system (teaching management, office OA, access control, etc.), ensure stable operation, and promptly handle failures;<br><br>Purchase and test teaching equipment (smart classroom terminals, multimedia equipment, etc.), compile user manuals;<br>Provide technical support to teachers and students (software installation, device operation guidance), and answer IT questions;<br>Follow up on the latest trends in education technology and push for school informatization upgrades (such as smart campus construction).</p> <p>Requirements:<br>Master computer networking and system maintenance knowledge, those who hold CCNA, MCSE, etc. certificates are preferred;<br>Proficient in Windows/Linux system operations, with data backup and fault diagnosis abilities;<br>Good communication and service awareness, able to collaborate with teaching departments to solve technical problems;<br>Education industry IT operations experience bonus, with fast learning and adaptation ability.</p>
