Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of residential projects, including water and electricity systems, painting, carpentry and other related facilities, inspection and maintenance
- Assist in handling emergency maintenance situations, and maintain communication and coordination with the management office or supervisor as needed.
- Follow safety regulations to ensure all engineering work meets legal requirements and company standards.
Work requirements
- Have residential property maintenance experience, familiar with common water and electricity installations and mechanical operations.
- 09:00 to 18:00, working five days and a half per week, with rotating breaks.
